Meet Justin Gregory, he is our master tuner and engine builder at Blacktrack Performance. Justin´s 20+ years experience within
the race / performance industry has earnt him the reputation of being a highly regarded jap import expert.

Justin´s heart belongs to the 2jzgte engine. He owns and
races a 1550+hp methanol fuelled 2jz RX7. This pro turbo winner has netted 6.9 sec at 203mph and he´s not stopping there.

Racing isn’t just a passion for Justin, it’s a way of life.
He has owned and operated Blacktrack Performance for over 15 years. As a business his future goals are to consistently keep striving to be a leader in the automotive performance industry and to honour his customers.

Daz brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the team at Blacktrack Performance. He is a highly experienced mechanic holding multi trade qualifications. Daz is our right hand man, with an excellent eye for detail. He excels at fabrication and auto electrical. His workmanship can be seen on our workshop 2jz Rx7. You´ll regularly see Daz at the drag strip supporting our racers and the Blacktrack team.

Tricks offers over 17 years experience in the automotive industry, 9 of which are in the restoration/ Aftermarket performance scene.
Tricks offers experience as a workshop manager and is consistently working on
developing his skillset within the performance industry. He excels at fabrication and CAD Design and is also another one of our team members specialising in auto electrical.

Meet Zach, Zach is our 3rd year automotive
apprentice, he is currently topping his class and shows an interest in
fabrication. Zach loves the drift scene and is eager to learn drag racing. When he isn’t at the shop or drag strip you´ll find him in his 4x4 with his mates.

Renee is our admin buff, She runs the accounts, manages all of the social media & marketing, Organises our team & is your first point of call.

Renee has been with BlackTrack since the company started back in 2007. You wont just find her in the office though. You’ll spot her on the start line at the track, in the staging lanes as crew support or back at the marquee supporting the BlackTrack team.

Maddi is our junior admin assistant. When she is in the office she is entering data and filing the paperwork. Maddi loves to come to the track to help the team in the pits and cheer them on from inside the tow cars. Outside of work Maddi enjoys a fierce game of basketball or oztag.
