What Is Our Returns Policy?

Please choose your product carefully, We are happy to offer an exchange on items if returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase, just let us know what you're returning and what you'd like in exchange and once returned we'll send your new item straight away.

Goods must be in mint/ original condition, with no signs of use and must be returned with a copy of the invoice. Allow 2-4 business days for exchanges to be actioned. A handling fee of 15% will occur for change of mind purchases. Please send us an email letting us know you would like to exchange your item. We will email you with the appropriate steps to take. Warranty returns are subject to our initial inspection and forwarded to our supplier for a warranty claim. Replacement or repair of a defective product will be subject to the suppliers inspection and constitute the sole liability of Blacktrack Performance and the Supplier. To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall BlackTrack Performance Pty Ltd or their Suppliers, be liable for special or consequential damages.
 
Blacktrack Performance Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for the fitment of products. The onus is clearly on the installer to ensure that both their knowledge and the parts selected are correct for that particular application. Any damage to parts or consequential damage or costs resulting from the incorrect installation of products are the responsibility of the installer.

Due to the unusual stress placed on racing components warranty claims for racing components will not be accepted. High Performance or modified applications carry no warranty. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser. Goods will be inspected before an exchange will be authorised.

Aftermarket products are for off road and race use only. BlackTrack Performance Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any injury, damage, whether it may be property or personal that may occur using products purchased from BlackTrack Performance Pty Ltd.

 

Who Pays For The Return Postage?

 
If your special package arrives and your goods are damaged or faulty, just email us at hello@blacktrackperformance.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase to organise a replacement, The only exception to this is for international customers. We will pay for the shipping of the new item, but you will need to pay to get it back to us.
